Club sandwich with planted.chicken fillet nature

Preparation

Sandwich
  1. Season the fillets with salt and pepper and fry briefly in a pan with some fresh or ground Provence herbs. Cut the fillet into slices.
  2. Finely chop the cucumber and avocados.
  3. Fry the bread in a pan until crispy on both sides.
Sauce
  1. Mix the mayonnaise with salt, pepper, herbs, chopped shallots, gherkins and a spoonful of vinegar from the gherkins.
Sideboards
  1. Place a layer of sauce and fillet slices on a slice of bread and garnish with lettuce, cucumber and avocados. Place another slice of bread with sauce on top, garnish again with the contents and finish with a slice of bread. Cut the sandwich in half.
