I am very happy that Planted allows employees to take on a leadership role in a part-time job. This allows me to pursue my career and share parenting duties equally with my partner.
At Planted , I have the opportunity to grow professionally and personally as the company grows. The trust and support I have received since day 1 allows me to think big and strive for more impact every day.
Having a fulfilling job has always been very important to me. 8-5 is not my thing and I love a challenge. Planted offers me the opportunity to take on a management position in addition to my job as a mother. I am very grateful for that, even though it is a demanding double task.
