    Quick vegetable curry

    Ingredients

    Carrot
    1-2
    Spring onions, cut into rings
    1/2
    Broccoli
    1/2
    Zucchini
    1
    Package planted.chicken curry
    1
    Can of coconut milk

    Preparation

    1. Clean and cut the vegetables.
    2. Slice the carrot and the zucchini. Divide the broccoli into florets.  
    3. Heat a pan with the oil and fry half of the spring onion, the planted.chicken curry, the carrots and the broccoli in it for 2-3 minutes.
    4. Then add the zucchini and sauté as well.
    5. Now add the coconut milk and simmer the vegetable curry for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, stir well and add the remaining scallions just before the end.  
    6. Optionally serve with rice or quinoa!
