Dressing

tablespoon maple syrup

tablespoon sesame seeds

cm fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated

Preparation

  1. Cook the planted.chicken according to the instructions on the packet, chop and leave to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the remaining salad ingredients and toss to combine.
  3. In a small bowl, combine all salad dressing ingredients and whisk together.
  4. Add the shredded chicken and mix the salad with the dressing or leave the dressing in the separate bowl.
  5. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
