    Autumn crispy planted.chicken burger

    Pretzel roll

    Spinach

    Pumpkin
    100g
    Red cabbage
    100g
    pickled red onions
    250g
    Veganaise
    1 TSP
    Salt
    1 TBSP.
    Smoked paprika
    1 TSP
    hot chili powder
    2 TBSP.
    Lemon juice

    Preparation

    1. Mix the veganaise with the salt, smoked paprika powder, hot chili powder and lemon juice for the burger sauce (hot mayo).
    2. Grate the red cabbage and pumpkin or cut into small strips.
    3. Fry the burger patties in the pan according to the packet instructions. Cut the pretzel buns in half and also fry with a little oil on one side.
    4. Spread the top and bottom of the buns generously with the spicy mayo. Top with spinach, pumpkin, red cabbage, pickled onions and the burger patties.
