Coleslaw burger with fries

Ingredients

4 Servings

4 Rolls (your choice)
400g planted .pulled BBQ
3-4 Radishes, sliced
2 red onions
1tbsp agave syrup
1tbsp olive oil
some basil leaves


For the frieze

800g sweet potatoes
1tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
some pepper
½ tsp paprika powder

 

For the burger sauce & dip for the fries

70g Soy yogurt, natur
20g Mayonnaise, vegan
10g Ketchup
5g Spicy mustard
¼ Lemon, juice
1tsp Garlic powder
1tsp (Himalayan) Salt
Some pepper

 

For the coleslaw

1 smaller or ½ white cabbage
¼ red cabbage
2 Carrots
4 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
2 tbsp vegan sour cream/ yogurt
1tbsp white vinegar
1tsp mustard
1tsp agave syrup or other sweetener
Salt, pepper

Preparation

Preparation Coleslaw: Finely chop the white cabbage, red cabbage and carrot or shred finely with a food processor. Mix the ingredients for the dressing well in a salad bowl. Add the vegetables and mix well. Let sit for at least 1 hour before serving.

Preparation sweet potato fries: Preheat oven to 180 degrees convection. Wash sweet potatoes well, peeling is optional. Cut potatoes into stalks about 5mm thick, add oil and spices and mix. Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for about 30 minutes in the lower half of the preheated oven.

Preparation Burger Sauce & Dip: Mix yogurt with all ingredients and season to taste.

Preparation Burger Filling: Peel onions and cut into fine rings. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add onion rings and season. Sauté over medium heat for about 4 minutes until translucent. Add agave syrup. Continue to sauté, stirring occasionally, for 5-6 minutes until onions are soft and set aside. Planted Sauté Pulled BBQ over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally and keep warm.

Cut rolls in half. Toast briefly if necessary or warm in the oven for 4-5 minutes. Spread bottoms with sauce and place filling on top. Place bun lid on top. Serve finished burgers with the oven-fresh fries and some separate sauce.
