Preparation
Prepare rice according to package instructions and add turmeric and curry powder add.
Wash the tomatoes, cucumber, pointed peppers and lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces cut. Peel the onion and cut into fine rings.
Planted Fry kebab in a pan until crispy. Season to taste with a little garlic powder and smoked paprika.
Meanwhile, add soy yogurt to a bowl. Peel the garlic and press it into the bowl. Add olive oil and lemon juice and season neatly. stir.
In a bowl, add rice, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, pointed pepper, onion and kebab wreak. Garnish with the garlic sauce, fresh sprouts or parsley and serve.
