Ingredients

4 Servings

6-8 Tortillas
400g planted .chicken Güggeli
150g Leek, washed, shredded
100g Endive, plucked
2-3 tbsp Kidney beans, cooked
2 Green jalapeno, sliced
30g Hard vegan cheese, crumbled (e.g. Gondino Stagionato)
4 Radishes, sliced
½ bunch of chives, finely chopped
1tbsp Olive oil (for frying)


For the sauce

150g Crème fraîche (vegan)
50g Soy yogurt, natur
1 Garlic clove, pressed
½ bunch of chives, finely chopped
½ Lime, juice
A little salt + pepper

Preparation

Preparation of the fajita filling: Heat the frying pan with a little oil, sauté the leek in it. Cover and steam for approx. 5 minutes. Then salt, remove and keep warm. Planted Put the chicken in the same pan, fry for approx. 5 mins., stir occasionally and keep warm.

Preparation sauce: Put crème fraîche in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, mix and season.

Dressing: Warm tortillas in oven for about 4-6 minutes. Spread sauce on preheated tortillas. Top with remaining ingredients and roll up carefully. Enjoy while still warm.
