    Preparation

    Preparation
    1. Finely grate the garlic and mix with the other ingredients for the marinade.
    2. planted.chicken to the marinade, cover and leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and up to 12 hours.
    3. Heat 2 teaspoons of peanut oil in a pan, remove planted.chicken from the marinade and fry over a medium heat until crispy and golden brown.
    4. Cook pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Drain water and rinse pasta with cold water
    5. Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and sauté the sliced scallions (set green ends aside for later).
    6. Add broccoli and mushrooms to skillet and stir-fry briefly over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
    7. Then add the pasta to the pan and stir-fry briefly over high heat.
    8. planted.chicken and the rest of the marinade and heat through.
    9. Garnish with sesame seeds and remaining scallions.
