    Ingredients

    350g planted.chicken Güggeli
    1 head of cauliflower or broccoli
    2 TBSP. olive oil
    3 garlic cloves
    1 cup crème fraîche
    1⁄2 cup of cream
    2 cups ajvar
    100g Cherry tomatoes, halved
    100g spinach
    150g grated cheese

    Preparation

    Preheat oven to 225 °C. Cut cauliflower or broccoli into pieces.

    plantedFry the chicken over a medium heat until golden brown (approx. 5 minutes) and place in a large casserole dish with the cauliflower/broccoli.

    Fry garlic in olive oil until soft. Add crème fraîche, cream and ajvar and bring to a boil.

    Pour the ajvar sauce over the planted.chicken and cauliflower/broccoli.

    Layer cherry tomatoes and spinach on top and sprinkle with cheese.

    Cover with foil and bake in oven for 25 minutes. Then remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese layer is browned.
