4-Corner Tortilla Wrap

Preparation

  1. Cut wrap at the bottom to the middle. Cover each quarter of the wrap with different filling.
  2. Sprinkle first quarter bottom left with vegan cheese.
  3. Mash avocado with fork and top second quarter with it.
  4. Briefly sauté planted.chicken Lemon & Herb and place on top right quarter.
  5. Spread lower right quarter with vegan crème fraîche and top with halved cherry tomatoes.
  6. Pour over everything a little lime juice and salt.
  7. Now fold: Fold the bottom left quarter up. Now fold to the right and place on the next quarter. Then fold over the right side again.
  8. Fry the wrap again briefly on both sides in the frying pan.
