    large, round tomato, cut into slices

    Head of white cabbage, cut into thin strips

    Tbsp vegan mayo

    Preparation

    Preparation
    1. Mix all ingredients for the coleslaw: White cabbage, carrots, vegan mayo, vegan sour cream, salt and pepper.
    2. Heat the planted.pulled BBQ in a skillet.
    3. Top the burger buns with: a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, a slice of cheese, about 3 tbsp. planted.pulled and 3 tbsp. coleslaw. Place top of burger bun on top. Repeat for the other 3 burgers.
